How much does SkipLaundry cost?
Wash-and-fold service is $2.99 per pound with a 20 lb minimum. Standard pickup and delivery are included, with no separate service fee.
How do pickup windows work?
Morning pickups are generally available from 6:00 AM–10:00 AM and evening pickups from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Available windows are shown when you book.
How do I pay for my order?
After your laundry is weighed and your final total is calculated, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link to complete payment.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Not necessarily. You may provide secure pickup and delivery instructions when booking, subject to availability and access.
When will my laundry be returned?
Most standard orders target next-day return. Turnaround may vary based on order size, special-care needs, processing volume, weather, or other conditions.
